  • Callahan & Blaine defended a lawsuit against one of Orange County's largest companies in a "bet the company" case alleging "reverse" racial discrimination by two Caucasian managers who claimed they were excluded from further promotion because they were non-Asian. Result: after a two month trial, Callahan & Blaine obtained a 12-0 unanimous defense verdict. Incredibly, Callahan & Blaine was retained one month before the trial date, and went up against one of the top plaintiff employment lawyers in California, and still prevailed unanimously.
